Company

Position Overview

  • Bachelor's Degree or HND in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field (professional accounting qualifications are an advantage).

Minimum of

3 years' experience

in accounting or finance, with hands-on experience in both

Accounts Payable

and

Accounts Receivable

.

  • Experience in procurement, trading, logistics, warehousing, or supply chain environments is an added advantage.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software such as

QuickBooks, Zoho Books, Sage, Tally, or Odoo ERP

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage Accounts Payable, including processing supplier invoices, payment schedules, and supplier reconciliations.
  • Manage Accounts Receivable, including customer invoicing, payment tracking, collections, and account reconciliations.
  • Perform banking and financial administration, including bank reconciliations and payment preparation.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and support monthly and annual financial reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, tax regulations, and audit requirements.
