Job Description

Arxyn Development Limited is seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to manage project costs, procurement, and commercial performance, ensuring projects are delivered within budget while achieving value and quality.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare cost estimates, Bills of Quantities (BOQs), budgets, and cost plans.
  • Manage tendering, supplier quotations, and procurement processes.
  • Monitor project costs, valuations, payments, and variations.
  • Conduct site measurements and assess completed works.
  • Prepare cost reports and support commercial decision-making.
  • Manage contracts, claims, and final accounts.

Requirements

  • Degree or higher qualification in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
  • Experience in construction cost management.
  • Strong knowledge of construction materials, pricing, and construction processes.
  • Ability to read technical drawings and produce accurate cost assessments.
  • Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Must be willing to relocate to Sunyani or already be a resident.
